Amos x ATP Update

More bands have been confirmed for the In Between Days festival that Amos will curate later this year. To add to Caribou, Wooden Shjips and Moon Duo (see entry for April 9th 2010) we now have:

Halogalo 2010: Michael Rother and friends perform the music of Neu!

It's shaping up nicely. And to have Michael Rother performing the songs of Neu! is a dream come true...

There are still more bands to be added and we are working on other events too. There's also talk of a special edition of a forthcoming new figure just for this event.

We are excited!

Time to move on from my ugly mug!

The new pink and brown KK cushions have been open for silver members to pre-order from the online store all this week. We still have some left in our allocation so whatever are remaining will go on general pre-sale from this weekend. Not sure how long they will last so if you're interested get in there pretty fast.

The store plans to ship these towards the end of July.

Happy Summer Solstice 2010

The Rumours Were True...

As many have deduced there are indeed two more colours of the ever popular King Ken cushion. Like the original soft vinyl, there are now Shocking Pink and Earthy Brown versions to compliment the original Grey. The two new products will be available to pre-order from tomorrow at store.amostoys.com. As with the Grey (which has now sold out at source) we will only get a small percentage of the 400 piece runs. Therefore, at first we will only offer them to Gold members. Once we get more information on our allocation we hope to open this up for other members to pre-order in the near future. We aim to ship these towards the end of July.

Amos x Almost. The Full Set.

Quite a few people have complimented us on the recent collaboration we did with Almost Skateboards in California. Our old friend Bod Boyle (the President at parent company, Dwindle) approached us and asked if we wanted to do something with the team. We agreed that using the In-Crowd could work really well. So JJ set about re-drawing some of the characters to fit with the riders choices. It was a bit of a 'back to our roots' moment for James and me.
