The store opened on Saturday at 12pm BST and promptly crashed due to the sheer volume of instant traffic. The server collapsed and took the payment system with it. Took a while to get it all working again and we had to contact some customers directly to replace their orders. We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused. There were always going to be a few teething problems and we are still working hard to try and iron these out. Thanks to everyone who patiently persevered on Saturday. We will get there!
If you think you have registered but have not yet received acknowledgement of your Silver Membership upgrade then please ensure your are correctly registered by attempting to log into the store using your user name and password. If you do not have these then please follow the instructions in the previous blog entry (1st September, THE STORE IS LIVE!!!). Any other problems then email admin@store.amostoys.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
