I'm with you there. You make an order, it crashes, refresh, order, crash, log in again, crash, when you do see your cart there are 5 King Ken bearbricks in your cart, change order details, order fails, resubmit order, can't get discount now, order goes through, e-mail to let them know what happened so they don't think you are ordering too many, have a stiff drink, go to bed.

Its a bit of a pain, but I kinda like the thrill of the chase.

I just feel like the admin staff think I am a dope, but the shopping/credit card verification is not really user friendly.

Your stash nearly made me cry this morning (and not in a good way). You should provide grief (and financial control) counselling for those who are weak of mind and spirit (like myself) and those you lack self-control (like myself). I'm ready to lie on the couch. Is robbing a bank wrong in theory?

Sorry about the store craziness. It's tricky. The store administrators have tried to sort the server out but it is quite rare when the site has as much traffic as this weekend. Therefore it makes no financial sense to spend crazy money on a super powerful server that is seriously under-utilised for 99% of the time. They've tried to work things out with the service provider and it is better than it was. The store managers assure me that they will keep trying.

With regards the card verification I'm afraid it is unavoidable in these days of high tech fraud. This system is very efficient and the store has suffered little to no fraud. I'm sorry that it is such a pain but it would seem to be a symptom of the ills in modern e-commerce.

Thanks to all that battle through these problems. I hope that the shopping becomes easier. We will all keep trying.

The main reason why you seem to be having problems is that your stuff is EXCELLENT! Added to the fact you look after your customers with exclusives, discounts and rare products, all means that even with the odd rare technical problem, I am 100% happy with AMOS Toys.

I think the problem with the card verification was more to do with Firefox rather than you guys.

Thank you for the stash update! Though couldn't get all that I wanted, I managed to get some that I've been wanting for a long time.

Have you got any news on the Silas Martin X? :)
